Wisteria pods

After blooming, the white Japanese wisteria produces these beautiful pods with a velvety touch. As they dry, they burst open to release round, flat seeds and then twist. Their uses in decoration are numerous : place them in a clear vase, on a tray, or as a centerpiece. They can be incorporated into a dried flower wreath or used to create garlands. For a chic and festive touch, simply apply gold paint to the inside.
