Delivery
 

       The store ships to France, Switzerland, and European Union countries. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of            payment and are shipped according to your choice via:

      La Poste :

• Tracked letter (for small, lightweight items)

• Colissimo tracked delivery without signature for France, with the choice of home delivery or pickup at a Post Office point ;

• Colissimo International for the European Union and Switzerland.​​

      Relais Colis : Delivery to pickup points for France only.

      Mondial Relay :

• Delivery to pickup points or Home Delivery

1. France, Belgium, Luxembourg (average delivery time 3 business days),

2. Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy (5 business days)

3. Austria (6 business days)

Shipping costs

On the Cart page, you can view the different available delivery methods and their respective rates. Click on the text "Estimated shipping costs" and choose your country and region.

Delivery to Pickup Points  

At the bottom of your Cart page, you can search for your pickup point by clicking on the designated boxes. Then return to the Cart page, click on "Address of the chosen pickup point" (at the bottom left), and enter the full address. Then click the "PAY PAL" button to proceed with payment. If no address is provided, the delivery will be made to the closest pickup point to your home.
 
Estimated delivery times

La Poste : France : 2 to 3 business days  - E.U. 2 to 4 business days (depending on the country)
Relais Colis : France : 4 to 6 business days
Mondial Relay : France : 3 business days - E.U. 3  to business days. (depending on the country)
                                                                                                                

Secure payment

Payment is made through the secure PayPal platform. To do this, please click on the PayPal button on the Cart page, which will direct you to the PayPal platform. You can pay using your own PayPal account, or by credit card if you don’t have an account and don’t wish to create one specifically for this transaction. Afterward, PayPal will automatically redirect you back to the store to confirm the order and payment. At this stage, you will select your region, and a dropdown menu will appear for choosing the delivery method. Finalize the order by clicking on the "Order and Pay" button.

Click & Collect (In-Person pickup at the Showroom Casaelle) 

To avoid shipping fees, you have the option to pick up your order by appointment. To do this, on the Cart page, in the dropdown menu "Shipping Costs," choose "Click & Collect" to waive the delivery fees. Then click the "Click & Collect Payment" button. You will have the choice between the "PayPal" platform and "Offline Payment" if you prefer to pay for your order on-site by check, credit card, or cash.
 
You can also place your order by email or phone and pay on-site.
